Performers and Cast

Braimah Kanneh-Mason

The brilliant and dynamic Braimah Kanneh-Mason, a Classic FM Rising Star, returns with the Basingstoke Symphony Orchestra to perform Beethoven’s much-loved Violin Concerto.

Wagner’s Tristan and Isolde brings some of the most harmonically daring music of the 19th century, while Butterworth’s A Shropshire Lad offers a poignant, lyrical farewell. Grieg’s Peer Gynt Suite No.2 explores the darker, more dramatic episodes of Ibsen’s play.
