We may be able to offer a quiet area subject to room availability. Please ask a member of staff.
Toilets
General Information
We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable using our toilet facilities by offering both gender neutral and gender specific toilets within our venues. Please ask a member of staff who will be happy to direct you.
We ask that everyone respects each other and behaves appropriately around other users. Staff may intervene if they are made aware of any inappropriate behaviour, which will not be tolerated.

Buggies and Pushchairs
General Information
When attending our family performances, we can provide areas to store buggies and pushchairs away from the auditorium. Please help us by collapsing pushchairs and removing any personal belongings (and children) with you.

Access
Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters
We kindly request that mobility scooters are to be left and stored in our Box Office Foyer or cloakroom and not be brought into the foyer.
There are up to six wheelchair spaces available in The Anvil, and one in The Forge. We cannot sell wheelchair spaces or allow transfers out of wheelchairs into seats in the Circle at The Anvil. If you require the use of a mobility aid in the Circle, please contact our box office before your visit.
There are up to two wheelchair spaces available in The Haymarket. We cannot sell wheelchair spaces in the Circle. Due to the age and design of our buidling, wheelchair users must access the auditorium using the passenger lift (w:1090mm x l:1250mm, door opening:700mm). Emergency evacuation is via the same passenger emergency lift or staff operated evacuchair. Personal emergency evacuation plans can be made available upon request.
