Alvin has worked across various leadership and senior management roles in the arts, entertainment and venue sectors, in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations, and most recently with a focus on operational excellence, commercial resilience and risk management. During his career he has also been a theatre director and has experience of venue programming and destination management. 

Married to Amanda and with their 12 year old son Wills, Alvin enjoys long-distance cycling and camping with the family in any number of beautiful UK coastal destinations.
