We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Group Bookings & Box Office Co-ordinator to join our friendly Box Office team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the main point of contact for schools, community groups, and organised visits, helping them plan their experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy Box Office. From setting up performances on our ticketing system and administering bookings to promoting events and delivering exceptional customer service, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our audiences at every stage of their journey with Anvil Arts.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a busy customer service, visitor experience, or ticketing environment (ideally within the arts)
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people
- Is confident using computer systems and learning new software (experience using Spektrix Ticketing system is an added plus)
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Has an interest in live events, music, theatre and the arts
