Fresh from his most recent stand-up special Armageddon winning a Golden Globe, hitting number one on Netflix, and claiming the world record for the highest grossing comedy gig of all time, Mortality will once again be filmed for the streaming platform.

With over 80 work-in-progress shows now under his belt this year, Gervais said, "We're all gonna die. May as well have a laugh about it. Mortality looks at the absurdities of life. And death. Bring it on."
