We tour world class music groups around local schools with specially devised performances, designed to inspire a lifelong love of music among young people in our community. Tours take place in July and December. Please contact us to find out about the next tour available.


THE BRODOWSKI QUARTET
The Brodowski Quartet are passionate about working with young musicians and inspiring young children to play chamber music. They perform to over 2000 children each year in school concerts with a fun and friendly introduction to music and their instruments.
As a participatory performance, the group, led by Catrin Win-Morgan, will play to your students and include them in identifying instruments, sounds, tempos and more so expect to get excited about strings!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW...
Location: Your school
Suitable for: KS1 – KS3 / SEN groups
No. spaces per concert: As many as you can fit in your hall
What children will explore: Stringed instruments, tempo, pitch, timbre, group participation
Benefits for teachers: In school so no need for transport organisation and costs. Can cater for whole year groups/schools so no cover teachers required
Cost: £50 per session (free to first time schools)


AFROSAMBA
AfroSamba are a UK-based group of musicians from Mozambique and the UK.
The band teaches students traditional songs from Mozambique, Brazil, Cape Verde and Cuba while introducing them to instruments such as the guiro and panderio.
