All Change

All Change!

A story of movement, of belonging, of memories and dreams. Across the generations, from school to work to the old folks' home, the people of a town are living their lives, going about their journeys, riding into a railway tunnel on the outskirts of town.

And that's where the changes start, and nobody is the same when they come out of that darkness...

Specially commissioned for The Anvil's tenth birthday celebrations, All Change! was written by composer and West End musical director Howard Moody and poet Ian McMillan (The Big Read, The Verb), and directed by Nick Stimson. This fully staged, professionally produced musical, with a cast of over a hundred people, followed the huge success of The Anvil's A Thousand and One Nights.
