We welcome group bookings for any performance, and group discounts are available where stated. For more information on rates and availability, please contact groupbooking@anvilarts.org.uk or call 01256 366935. An answer service operates when not staffed.

Group bookings can be made at any time, and will be held until one month before the performance date, or until a sell out, whichever is sooner.

The number of tickets can be adjusted until the payment date, subject to availability. If any changes cause the total number to fall below the qualifying size for a group booking, the full price will apply.

Please help us to give you a better service by letting us know at the time of booking if any of your group has specific access needs, or requires a wheelchair position.

Payment

In addition to the standard payment methods, we welcome payment by BACS. Please contact the Group Booking Co-ordinator or Box Office Manager for details. We do not accept post-dated cheques or payment after the performance and request that cheque payments are made with a single cheque.

Full payment is due by the date agreed at time of booking (which will be no later than 1 month before the performance date). If the performance sells out before this date we will contact you to confirm your requirements with payment.  If the booking is made within a month of the performance date then special terms may be applied.

Once payment is made, any further tickets will be treated as a separate transaction and are not eligible for the group discount.

Tickets

For large groups arriving together, especially schools, we will issue a free ticket voucher and seating plan instead of individual tickets.

If you require us to post individual tickets to hand out to your group there is a £1 postage fee.  In this case we recommend that you keep a written record of which tickets you allocate to each member of your group, and bring this to the performance.
