The Anvil and The Haymarket have ticket sales counters at their main entrances, and can take bookings for all Anvil Arts venues and events.

Cash: please do not send by post

Postal order

Anvil Arts gift vouchers: £5, £10 and £20 vouchers available from the box office. They are redeemable for tickets in any Anvil Arts venue.

Please note we do not accept Theatre Tokens.

No refunds can be given. We offer ticket cancellation protection. More information

Please make sure you:

State the name, date and time of the performance

State the number of tickets required, and at which price (please give alternatives where possible), and any special requirements.

Add your name, address and daytime telephone number

Enclose a credit card number, plus expiry date, three-digit security number and issue number if applicable, or 'valid from' date. Please add £1 to the total price if we are posting tickets to you. Please note we can only send tickets to the address registered with your credit card.

Reserved tickets that have not been paid for are held for three days or until an hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. After this time, unpaid reservations wil be released.

Paying less

Discounts are available for perfomances where stated in the What's On guide. Only one discount can apply to any one ticket, and you will be asked to prove your eligibility

Anvil Arts reserves the right to introduce special offers at any time, and these cannot be applied to tickets already purchased.

Infant in arms: children aged two years and under when accompanied by an adult ticket holder require an infant in arms ticket, price £1 (available at selected performances only).


Exchange and resale of tickets

Once tickets have been printed, they can be exchanged within the run of the same event for tickets of the same value at a cost of 50p per ticket. Lost tickets can be reprinted at a cost of 50p per ticket. We operate a resale facility on sold out performances at a cost of £1 per ticket.
